This week I was honoured to feature in The Institute for Welsh Affairs, The Next 30 / Wales’ Rising Stars: 30 people working to make Wales better over the next 30 years. I had no idea I had been nominated so it was a complete shock to discover the inclusion recently. Reading through the list, it’s inspiring to see so many Welsh people actioning change and championing new and radical ideas for our future in the arts, education, science, business, the environment and more. 

On the cover is National Theatr Wales’ inspiring Creative Director Kelly Thiarai so I’m feeling more than a little star struck to be included with such an amazing group of people – and immensely proud that this is the future of Wales.
